Step 1: Delete your existing plan.com profile
1.1 Go to Settings and select "General"
1.2 In General, select "Profile"
1.3 In Profile, select the "Plan" profile. If there is no existing profile, please skip forward to "Step 2: re-install your plan.com profile"
1.4 In the Plan profile, select "Remove Profile"
1.5 Enter your device’s passcode if one is set
1.6 Select "Remove" to confirm deletion

Step 1: Delete your existing plan.com profile

1.5 Enter your device’s passcode if one is set
1.6 Select "Remove" to confirm deletion
1.7 Profile has been successfully deleted
