    As a member of the Customer Services team, you'll be confident and bubbly, ready to talk to our customers on a day to day basis. You'll be a quick learner and be able to adapt to change at short notice by taking it in your stride.

    The Office

    Our Support teams are based in our headquarters in the Isle of Man - a small island in the Irish Sea. It's rugged coastlines and its rural landscapes make the Isle of Man a truly stunning place to live and work.

    We love our office and know you'll love it too. It's got a lively atmosphere, HD TVs and is fully equipped with the latest gadgets.

    However, it's going to get even better! Our new 'Google-esque' super HQ is being built in the Islands town centre and will be ready next year.

    Look out for meeting pods, roof bars, raised walkways and cafeterias. We can't wait, and we know you'll be as proud of your office as we hope you'll be of working for plan.com.
