This portal can be used by plan.com customers who want to either transfer their number to a different provider, disconnect their service or check their Termination Fees.

We take the security of your information and your business information very seriously. So in order to prevent fraudulent or unauthorised PAC/disconnection requests, please complete the following information, which we will use to validate your identity and process your genuine requests.
