No, existing plan.com VoIP customers will need to renew their service in order to access Hosted via my.plan, VoIP cannot be accessed via my.plan.

We are not trying to go head-to-head with established Hosted providers. We match (and often exceed) them when it comes to features, pricing, and platform reliability. However, what really sets our offering apart is its seamless integration with my.plan to provide never-before-seen insights, detailed analytics and market-leading controls across all mobile and office-based communications. This means customers won’t need to juggle multiple systems, processes or bills, and our Partners don’t need a PHD in telecommunications to sell and support it. It’s all brought together in my.plan – a complete connectivity solution.

Our commercial team has invested a lot of time and resource in researching the market and speaking with our Partners to ensure that our Hosted Voice proposition is among the most competitive out there. When you add the unique functionality and never-before-seen insights that are available in my.plan, our proposition really is unlike anything else out there. Our pricing also includes costs for servicing the customers, such as billing, customer support and credit control, resulting in a product that is both time and cost effective for our Partners and Customers.

Our Hosted proposition has been designed with simplicity in mind. We have streamlined and automated much of the support that lies behind the system, giving our Partners complete transparency and oversight of the process from quote through to connection. Order progress and installation is all tracked via Zendesk, our customer service platform, to ensure that Partners (and their customers) are notified in the event of delays or unforeseen issues. Our dedicated implementation team is also on hand to oversee and support installation every step of the way, for hands on support whenever you need it. .

Yes, we do sell broadband, but it is not mandatory for customers unless they are a large business with multiple extensions, in which case our implementation team will work with them to ensure the Hosted Platform is correctly supported by their data infrastructure. We are not offering Fixed Line as a stand-alone product.

Yes. Hosted Voice will run over a leased line no problem, but we cannot port them into us.

No – but we may suggest it based on any site survey that might indicate potential issues using the current connectivity or infrastructure. Our Implementation Team will run through all the options with you and your customers to find a solution that works for all.

Yes indeed, however during the connection process we will need to know the full details of the manufacturer and handset to enable it to work correctly on our system.

We estimate our lead times to be as follows:

  • 5-7 business days for a telephone line or ADSL
  • 10 business days for Fibre
