Invoicing error

Sorry, we made a mistake.

If you have arrived here, you were one of a small number of customers who received an invoice in error yesterday.

This happened during routine system testing so please disregard the email and rest assured that there is no action required on your part.

ALREADY RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM PLAN.COM THIS MONTH?

Then that is the correct invoice and the one you will be debited for. If you haven’t received an invoice from us yet you can expect to receive it in the next few days.
