Received a new SIM from us or your Partner? All that's left to do is get connected.

Here's what to do when you receive a new SIM:

  1. Call the Customer Services Team on +44(0)3300 88 18 18
  2. We'll ask you for the serial number of your new SIM - you can find this on the back of the SIM or under the barcode
  3. Wait for a signal and the O2 symbol to appear on your screen this can take up to 24 hours but is usually much quicker

And that's it, you're all set up!
