DevOps Engineer

    Your primary focus will be on the deploying of product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet business’s needs. Managing software development operations, implement engineering tools and use your process knowledge to streamline updates or creation.

    Main Duties 

    • Implementation of Continuous Integration/Delivery concepts and tooling (Jenkins etc)
    • Administration of source code repositories (Bitbucket etc)
    • The design and implementation of continuous integration/delivery practices
    • Approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery and release of software
    • Approaches and tooling for monitoring of applications, services and services (Splunk, PRTG, Zabbix)
    • Containerised deployment of applications and container management (Docker)
    • The use of Public cloud (Azure preferred)
    • Administration of modern operating systems (Linux, Windows)
    • Implementation of networking (hardware or virtual)
    • Triage of performance and operational issues

    • Experience developing engineering applications for a large corporation
    • Strong collaboration skills required as regular and daily interaction and collaboration with DevOps, NetOps, SysOps and ItOps teams
    • Prior experience at all phases of the software product life cycle, from conception to extinction.
    • Professional work experience in team building and project organization
    • Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications
