About the Role

Our 1st Line Partner Implementation Technology Agents are a key part of the Business Development function.  The ‘1stLine Pita Agent’ will provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, organised and pro-active support to the Partner Base & 2nd line Tech Team, the 1stLine Pita Agent will provide outstanding service to the plan.com ‘Partners’ by responding quickly to all queries, providing swift and professional ‘follow-up’ to ensure partner satisfaction.  

This role will require the highest standards of dedication to the needs of the customer/partner (internal and external) ensuring accurate, timely and effective responses to all queries.  An ability to respond to queries by solving sometimes complex problems and providing exceptional support will be the key to success. The role will also require the perfect candidate to assist in 2nd line as and when required.  This role enables the whole function to run smoothly by providing excellence in everything they do.  The role holder will be an ambassador of theplan.com company values of Trust, Passion and Excellence on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding partner experience, ensuring partner needs are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries quickly and accurately.
  • Respond to a wide range of questions, including accounts, pricing, products, software, and connections.
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Support the Implementation Coordinator and 2nd Line Tech Team as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to meet objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, 2nd line agents, Account Managers, and Customer Service teams.
  • Communicate effectively about partner account issues or other aspects of their relationship with plan.com.
  • Be a trusted source of knowledge about plan.com’s products and services.
