Activating your SIM.
If you have been sent a new SIM card, you’ll need to activate it, which is easy!
Visit my.plan and follow these steps… Controls -> Mobile -> Device set up -> SIM Swap -> [Select User] -> Insert New SIM Number -> Apply now
Please contact your plan.com partner or our customers services team for further support.
Please be aware that a SIM swap must only be performed for one of the following reasons:
If your handset has been lost or stolen or you have changed or upgraded your handset and now require a different sized SIM
If you are changing your SIM for another reason, we will need to do a technical check before performing the swap to avoid any unforeseen complications.
